They may differ from vendor software readings (Razer Synapse, Logitech G HUB, etc.) by up to 5–10% due to browser API limitations, system CPU load, USB port quality, and OS scheduling. • Service availability — We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Fitness for a particular purpose — Test results from this Service are intended for informational and personal use only. They must not be used for safety-critical decisions, professional hardware certification, competitive tournament verification, or legal proceedings.
• Hardware compatibility — Not all devices are supported by all browsers or operating systems. We cannot guarantee that every peripheral will be detected or measured correctly on every platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PollingRateTestC, its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
